Original half vellum binding over red cloth, with a matching red slipcase. xvi, 30pp. Illustrated with 16 full-page colour plates, each with protective tissue guard. Limited edition (one of 506 numbered copies, each signed by Paul Jones. Elephant folio (22in x 15in). CONDITION: Near Fine. One tissue guard with closed tears and top and bottom, another with a corner crease. But pages and plates fine. Slipcase with some edgewear and light scuffing/scratching on rear. CONTENTS: This is a superb, elephant folio-sized production by The Tryon Gallery, with 16 full-page plates, after works done for this book by the accomplished artist Paul Jones. The plates were printed in multi-colour lithography at the Curwen Press, London. The half vellum binding is by Zaehnsdorf of London. This is copy number 335, of a limited edition of 506, and is signed by Paul Jones beneath the colophon.”
