Ordered the wrong wire. Phoned up to discuss, was told to send a detailed email along with photos to explain - which I did. Then phoned up the next day and was told he hadn't had time to read his emails and that he would reply the next day. That was over a week ago - still not heard anything. Shouldn't be this hard to communucate
