Looked like it had been cleaned but no scratches, cracks or dead pixels I could see. Great quality item, thin, good build quality and lighter than expected. Lots of features with windows OS. Others just mirror on the 2 screens. Windows can extend to both screen separately, or combine them as a single large screen. You can even lay flat for ttrpg.
