That's not the seller's fault, but they declined and closed the refund request almost immediately and that's disappointing. I would have gladly paid the shipping cost both ways to just be refunded for the control board I have no use for. Other than that the part was correct, well packed and arrived on time, so as long as you're certain you have the problem correctly diagnosed go ahead and order here.
