Leather holsters and polymer left wear and tear on the finish of my guns, so I switched to nylon material. I also have one for my .38 special revolver and it works great.

I guess they just did a bad design for this particular holster. I nearly ripped my leather belt to shreds trying to draw the gun. A shame, but the seller quickly accepted my return, and I got another holster from the seller that should be much more suitable. Sellers that stand by their product are why I shop on Ebay.
