They already had a poor eBay rating before I dealt with them but I decided to take a chance & purchase a vintage toy. After almost 3 weeks, the very first step shipping step, uploading a tracking number, wasn’t even done. Numerous attempts to contact the seller were ignored. I then contacted eBay & they declined to help or offer a refund. Although it would be very hard to prove, the whole transaction feels fraudulent. I should have never trusted this seller!
