Saucer has 2 spots opposite from each other that felt "rough". In looking with a magnifying glass, it appears that it is NOT a chip but a loss of edge gilding which causes the change in "feel" as you move your finger over the area. That is the bit of gild missing causes a "depression" as you feel the edge. Tough to see unless you are looking quite closely. Wear is commensurate for age and history of use so please examine all of the photos as they form a descriptive part of the listing. Due to item manufacturing date normal wear is to be assumed given the age. Seller is not responsible for manufacturer imperfections. Please use the photos as part of the description of the item.
