However, it got lost in transit thanks to USPS, and to try to solve the problem I contacted USPS multiple times, all to no avail. Also, I've never had this issue before, so again, I'm not to blame. Secondly, I've issued you your refund, already, so you should've gotten your money back. No need to be negative about it.
