I know this for a FACT because after I install the radio it defaulted to SPANISH and had to be reset to factory specs in order for the radio to function in ENGLISH. To have the radio function in another language one must get into the SYSTEMS SETTING and add SPANISH to the operating system. I have contacted the seller but did NOT get a reply back.
