        Terribly disappointed. In the seller's photos the Black Dog in the photo of the Black Dog towel was black. When received, the black dog on the towel was lightened and gray looking, like the towel had been washed in bleach or very strong detergent.

        Sorry you were disappointed. I offered a full return and refund, but you declined and requested a discount instead, which I was unable to offer . I do my best to be fair and resolve any issues, so it’s disheartening to receive negative feedback when a resolution was offered, very unfair to do to a small business .
