I was never contacted. Product was new and sealed as the listing said and the pictures shown. As with any paint or coloring products, the solids can and will separate and fall to the bottom with time and the product will need to be stirred to mix it back in. And stirred well. That's why paint is shaken when purchased and sent with stir sticks. And as with anything, surface prep is key to any good finish job.
