There were some minor scrapes here and there, nothing to complain about, the server was used. Value for the money was great. Shipping was fast, arriving next day even though I was given a 2 day ETA. Packaging was good. As a side note, I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure they replaced the thermal paste on the CPUs. I usually do that as part of my own refurbishment process but kudos to them for saving me the effort.
