      The listing was not as described properly there were multiple issues with the item. I made an offer as the listing suggested which they denied. The seller later claimed they did not receive the offer which was false. I sent them a screen shot of the declined offer from eBay. At which time they stopped replying. Sellers stopped returning messages and would not provide a partial refund or even an explanation.
