The passenger side headers are too low for the EGR valve and you'll be modifying the air port as well. Also you'll need to bend the passenger headers down from the frame. Once you get that settled you'll need to cut all of the 2-1 piping to fit it with the catalytic converter and then cut several inches off the two downpipes to make room. This is not a direct bolt on for a Toyota pickup and I'd probably avoid....
