    WORST purchase ever! Died after 2 minutes with a fresh battery in it. Arrived FILTHY right out of the box, looking beat up with broken latch for the dust canister so I bungeed that on. Battery it came with was a dud, but I had a new replacement available so popped that in (after cleaning the thing for almost an hour) and it still died at 2 minutes or less. Seller advertised this as "WORKS GREAT!" Probably picked up at a garage sale for $5, didn't test and sold as a total ripoff for $148.

    I offered a full refund (inc shipping) but got no response. In fact, I never received any communication from this buyer at all. Had I known something was wrong, I would have been happy to make it right. The vacuum is in excellent condition and fully functional with a new battery and I purchased it new on Amazon. The latch works. It was not filthy, although there was residual dust in the dust bin as shown in the photo. It's a used vacuum. First negative feedback in 26 years on eBay. Very strange.
