They're not, they feel like hard plastic rather than rubber so make sure you measure carefully as there is no give in these items whatsoever. Delivery was good, condition excellent & they would've been good value had i actually managed to get them to fit my cabinet. With the material being quite hard, I'm not convinced they would protect the floor from scratches either
