        Very disappointed in the fact I could not get my shipment due to fed x very behind. Could not get answers regarding reason for delay. Fine to offer free shipping but need to use better method

        Fedex issues are not my fault. Buyer asked twice where the package was, I responded twice. Buyer said she had issues with Fedex before, I said I'm sorry but I am just a simple ebay seller not the person in charge of Fedex. Full refund issued upon request but I still get Neutral feedback?? Buyer is now on my blocked list.
