    The glass shade was broken when I receved it. I contacted seller and wanted a refund. I sent pictures to sandra_fv2749sio@members.ebay.com...they say they didn't receive the pictues,,,the glass shade was broken when I received it, My P.O. said theat the seller needs to get a claim number, then I wiil take the package with claim numbe to my P.O. they will take pictures, inspect and make a determination, The seller refused to do this..I want a refund ! I don't know how to add pictures

    eBay and I have not received any pictures of the damaged item. I cannot open a claim without seeing the damaged ceiling Lamp Shade dome. I have asked her to do the USPS claim. Other sellers have asked buyers to do this. This is the first time one of my items supposedly has been damaged. I will work only with EBay and not give her another email address of mine. If she added pics in an email, eBay should have received them.
