I noticed when I opened the factory box flap there was eyeshadow residue on the inside , I took photos, the colors were beautiful, I would like to return the eyeshadow and request a full refund. Thank you . It was a factory sealed item and perhaps already damaged. I NEVER send a delicate product without bubble wrap protection and in a padded envelope. This eyeshadow has a hard plastic shell casing as well, which should have added more protection. I hope you can salvage some of the shadows. No need to return. I am sending a refund. I wish you would have messaged me first, and allowed me the chance to rectify the problem. :( I am here to help and very fair.
