It had been crammed into a plastic envelope too small for it, and was distorted. I tried it on and it did not hang the way it should. It also had a perfumey smell, like febreeze or something had been used on it. It was a decent price for this brand, but I will have to have it professionally cleaned. It did have the original tags, so I guess it was new, but as you can see, not exactly mint condition. Good shipping costs, though!
