Seller asked me to close the return and work with them. DON'T DO THIS. If you close your return, it cannot be reopened and you are at the mercy of the seller. Seller then agreed to ship a new drive and sent a tracking number. Tracking number sat in "label created" status for 1.5 weeks. Clearly no intention of sending a new drive. Their goal is to let your eBay return window expire. AVOID AVOID AVOID

But nothing after that works for what I need. And it arrived fine and in good condition, that's for sure.
