I was willing to work with the seller to find ways to make it right but they were very resistant, kinda insinuated that I was trying to get over on them, (take a look at my feedback) and wanted me to pay to return the item that they misrepresented. Thankfully it all worked out because the buyer gets protection is these cases. Keep in mind, we are BOTH protected under the EBay user agreement when buying or selling items.
