    This was a brand new faucet, so it was disappointing to learn of this issue via feedback. Given a chance, we'd have gladly replaced this item or sent a replacement part at no cost. In response to the feedback a refund was offered, but the buyer bitterly defended their position instead of accepting a resolution. Their other feedback shows a high incidence or issues with other purchases. We tried our best to resolve this issue, but it seems that was never going to be a possibility with this buyer.
