The system wasn't loading contact the seller he convinced me that I had gotten the wrong one but now that I checked his post is for 2007 and up mine is a 2008 so it should've worked fine he convinced me that I ordered the wrong one so I talked to my friend that has a 2015 MacBook Pro and we tried it on his and we couldn't even get the hard drive to load and that's its been a waste of $ + timeReply from: nical_1391- Feedback replied by seller nical_1391.- Feedback replied by seller nical_1391.Your claim that I sent you a defective drive is baseless. You initially ordered the wrong item (High Sierra) which I showed you proof that macOS High Sierra will not work with your 2008 iMac.
