Due to the immediate demands of starting a new position, returning the monitors wasn't feasible, especially since I had already mounted them. Despite this setback, the company's customer service was impressive, and they provided me with fair compensation for the error. Aside from the sizing issue, my overall interaction with this company was positive.

The only downside is that the cables to connect the monitor are bulkier than the monitor itself. Also, I want to find a way to mount this monitor which has a 75mm VESA mount to a normal arm that has 100mm VESA holes.
