Packaging was well done and no rack damage, which is saying a lot since the box had taken some hits in transit (not unusual). Haven't installed it yet, but overall seems to be of good quality and is dimensionally correct. The air transfer tube is missing (the tube transfers air to/from the rack end bellows during a turn), but this isn't catastrophic as the old one can be re-used.
