They said "that could be arranged". Then eBay sent me sent me a 5% discount offer. I did take the offer and then called them on the phone (They do have a 'will call' window') and rude was what I got X3? Customer reached out on eBay Messager prior to purchase. Asked a few questions regarding the actual product and DID mention they would like to pick up the item if they could. That is no problem! Of course we offer free pickup. HOWEVER, the customer went MIA after purchase, they selected shipping @ checkout, and we provided the address for pickup. Customer never showed. Item had to be shipped to avoid neg mark on our acct. Delivered next day after shipment.
