The item was and I quote “in overall excellent condition”.
The turntable had broken parts; could not operate in such condition.
I return it and I got a refund on the grounds that it does not match description.
The unpleasant part was the extensive arguments and time spent to dispute the obvious.

False. The item had no broken parts, only a missing piece, according to the buyer. There were no arguments, and the buyer returned the product damaged with a cracked lid. I was not held responsible for the return.
