Yes our postal system is in havoc right now. However, I shipped this package the next day after sale. Shipped on January 27th, and the item was received on February 8th. I corresponded with the buyer many times and sent updates as soon as I got them from the post office. Also set up an investigation thru post office. I was just as frustrated, but this was out of my control. Saddens me that you only mentioned shipping issues and no positives of item, packaging & communication.
