The unit will sometimes generate an error, but it can not be reliably duplicated. Seems to be functioning reasonably well, but it does not pass the 90%+ oxygen generation output required to be considered "fully functional." Therefore it is being sold "AS IS" even though it powers on, generates oxygen, and works on the included batteries. This unit INCLUDES 2 BATTERIES. Includes: O2 Generator, 2 batteries, AC power adapter with cable, 24 VDC cable, and shoulder carry strap. Low hours. No markings on the units.”
