EVEN SENDING HIM THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM ON THE BOX IN WHICH THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED THAT INDIXATES THAT THE ITEM MUST HAVE COME WITH A CARTRIDGE FILTER ELEMENT.
SELLER WAS NOT WILLING TO GRANT US PARTIAL REFUND.
AND WE COULD NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO THE SELLER AS THE ITEM WAS FORWARDED TO US IN SOUTH AMERICA AND WOULD COST US OVER $120 DOLLARS TO RETURN THE ITEM🙈🙈🙈

sold him a Fram FG1-2 and he complains that it is not the same as FG1-1 which has a different filter cartridge style. He keeps stating it is incomplete and unusable but it is fully intact and fully ready for use. His first complaint was that he did not receive 2 filters but it is a listing for multiple items. he only purchased one, once that became clear he found a new and exciting problem that would hopefully net him 50% refund. The filter has the screen type filter cartridge inside.
