I ordered the one in the pic and received a bottle without the hanging crystal. It did not specify that it was bottle only. I would have ordered from another vendor if I was aware of this. I contacted the seller, thinking it was misplaced, but she casually told me the pic was a stock one and she did not have the crystal. No apology

Shipped and received in a timely manner. Packaged well. Good communication from seller and smooth transaction. This was the second item I bought from seller. First was a t-shirt version of this hoodie in a different color. The t-shirts fit true to size. The hoodie however runs smaller. I purposely ordered larger than needed because I wanted a very oversized hoodie. It fits, but it isn't oversized. To get the fit I wanted I would have needed to size up twice. Not the seller's fault, just FYI.
