They got back to me initially but didn't hear anything for two weeks even after sending two messages. Had to get eBay involved which only partially refunded me meaning I'm out 150$ and keep in mind there was a tracking number and everything. This probably wouldn't have been so bad except rather than combine shipping the seller gives a discount on the items which is why I only got a hundred dollar refund out of a 250$ order.
