Did not contact. I expect a shipper to know how to ship glass items. Either they know and do not care, or do not know how to package glass items to be shipped. Its a miracle USPS did not bust them shoving a single packaged box into my mailbox. Not sure how since they were not protected by a whole lot other than trash. Literally busted styrofoam and a once over with bubble wrap. Perhaps it's a testament to packaging tape. They used plenty of that. This is NOT a seller I would use again.

Very confused at this review. Foam, tape and bubble wrap are all mentioned. USPS shoved it into the mailbox and it STILL did not break. That sounds like a good thing. I pack everything up with care and if it breaks I completely refund simple as that. I reached out to this customer about a refund even though they arrived safely and I have heard nothing back.
