Well, Although these are VERY HIGH quality and are made in north America these are MUCH closer to panty hose than tights. As for Capri, NOPE. In general, Capri is ANY-THING that goes to Ankles is not. Yes, if ya Hike ANY-THING up to mid calf it has the appearance of Capri from afar.
