Listing title stated 'HO&N' scale and there was a mixture of scales included in this lot. Description stated the different scales and to contact me with any questions regarding size or dimensions of the buildings. Buyer did read the description based on the messages I received. Even though eBay confirmed the listing was accurate I offered and paid the buyer a partial refund to make him satisified. He told me thank you after receiving his partial refund and then leaves negative feedback.

This is a nice gentleman who means well, relies on ebay, but buyers must be aware that he does not accept returns even when the listing was misrepresented. Originally listed as a mix of O, N, and HO..... there was not a single HO model in this lot. Everything was N scale. He apologized, tried to make it better, but refuses returns. I was convinced that it would be a major pain for both sides to do a return, but now I am stuck with 175 models that I will have to use in the future.

I don't want to write anything negative about this dealer, especially working with ebay for so long, but buyers need to be made aware that this dealer does not accept returns, even when he makes a mistake with the listing! Originally listed as a mix of O, N and HO scales, there was only one HO model in this bunch of approximately 80 models and it was incomplete. I don't have the luxury to spend $500 on something I didn't need. Refunded me $100 in attempts to make it better, but buyer beware.

I offered and provided the buyer a partial refund on all three lots he purchased to make him satisfied. I contacted eBay and they informed me no refund or return was required because the listings were accurate. Buyer states he did not want to write negative feedback but then leaves three negatives after receiving refund. Also, I do accept returns if the listing is not accurately described or there is a problem with the item. Buyer took advantage of my kindness with a slap in the face negative.
