Although I had to return the item, (a Mattel handheld Auto Race game), because it was defective, I have to give credit to the seller because it wasn't her fault. The item arrived on time, appropriately packaged, and outwardly appeared in good condition. Unfortunately, it had a fault (bad circuit board?) that made it unplayable. The return process was quick, which I appreciated. Since it wasn't the seller's fault, I would use her again for a future purchase.
