The Hot Shot does not heat the water hot enough for tea or hot chocolate. It comes on, but does not work well enough to use. I have used aSun Beam Hot Shot from the time they came out. The water was at the boiling pot or some of them actually boiled. This product is useless! I feel I was scammed.
