Item was fine, and shipped quickly, but was literally shipped inside of a LEGO box with a thin bubble wrap loosely wrapped around the item. There wasn't even tape sealing the item in the square of bubble wrap included. It's a miracle the item arrived without damage since the box was much larger than the item. This caused there to be huge void spaces in it with the item was floating around in the larger box. Poor customer service could be addressed with more care when packing/shipping.
