Greetings-
I opted not to leave negative feedback because you tried so hard to carefully pack this 100 year old piece of art. HOWEVER it is also 100 year old gold leaf frame and when you taped the packing board to the frame to protect the glass you also taped it to the GOLD LEAF :-( the frame now has four major spots where the gold leaf was removed due to the tape. So disappointed. Have attached photos.

Sorry you felt the need to leave a neutral feedback before even contacting me. As I stated I am very sorry, I have used painters tape for years in packaging and protecting fragile old frames and have never had this issue. Return the item for a refund.
