Seller listed a 1:72 scale diecast Phantom II fighter jet model at prevailing price of $61. He sent a 1:100 scale diecast model instead. I requested a return pointing out that many other sellers list the 1:100 diecast Phantom II model at $25 or less. Seller refused return and insisted the listing is for 1:100 scale, but did not respond to my request for proof that he listed a 1:100 scale model.

Buyer states they purchased a model in 1:72. Listing clearly shows 5 photos w/1:100 scale on the box. Listing has an XL image & title in a large font of 28 in the description. The description shows the model size in 1:100 4 more times. Buyer opened a false claim and tries to state the model is cheaper. Our search did not produce the same results for the same model by manufacturer & number (apples for apples). The lowest price was $49.99 not $20 - $30 as stated but the scale was 1:100 as sold.
