Patch looks like the pictured item, however when you get it all the different colors are separate pieces that are not connected; they need to be ironed/attached together layer by layer which makes it a real pain to use. It is not what I was expecting based on traditional patches and on the written description. Shipping time and packing was good but more detailed description would have been nice.

I have no idea what this buyer is referring too. We have never sent a patch in pieces. All patches are put through the heat press 3 times to ensure adhesion.
