Please see other sellers on his feedback. I am not the only one with this problem. He bid and won on several of my auctions and then canceled and then tried to buy for a lower price. He leaved negative feedback to any seller who calls him out on this as retaliation. Also description said open box. I was never rude. He is angry that he got caught trying to play games.
