I have no problem with the seller, their end of the job was fine. The box hype is just that. Sound: For all the turn it has in the volume dial, it seems more like off/on control, about half way around the dial you'll find a space where you can hear but has no up or down. The headphones are weak - wireless or plugged into other device. The transmitter info isn't real either, about 30 ft. without obstacle...... any obstacle.Not even poster board. For game noise control for the little one.Best job
