the box arrived looking like it was crushed at some point in shipping, which i know is no one’s fault
what is someone’s fault is that there was no protective packaging around the power supply so if something heavy really did crush the package, nothing was protecting the power supply
soon as i picked it up out of the box it started making weird little clicks like the two halves of the shell weren’t properly fitted, and plugging it into the wall the light was red, telling me it doesn’t work
