Seller sold as new, but it was not sealed and was clearly used. Seller claims it was tested so I accepted a partial refund (even though I would have just purchased used if I wanted a used item), however after attempting to charge the item, I found it was completely not functional. Seller stopped responding to messages (over 3 weeks since I received communication).
