I refunded your purchase out of good faith before submitting a claim because the United States Post Office lost your item in their own Post Office. I apologize for the incompetence of the USPS...you need to provide them negative feedback, not me. Tracking number was provided. I provided you a message stating if you do eventually receive the item to please keep it and use it. I don't know what more I can do and I wish you would please not leave negative feedback for something out of my power.
