This seller stated they had free shipping. I placed my order and paid. Four days later received an email stating the order was cancelled. They did not ship for free to Alaska even though I put in the proper shipping address. Not only that they waited four days to inform me they were cancelling, which further delay the project. The seller should have stood by their agreement.

Shipping to Alaska is simply too expensive to ship to and is not free. Its clear in our listings shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is not free. You are aware shipping to Alaska is extra. Plain and simple. You ordered a large oversized part which cost $200 to ship to AK. For normal sized items we can offer free shipping but ebay systems doesn't allow it to be setup different. We contacted you right away to let you know and you did not want to pay for the shipping. Thank you
