Nothing wrong the seller did. It was my bad for not researching the item properly. These items "close" at the top with a carabiner, but it'll only be useful if the bag is upright. It's not properly sealed like it would be with a zipper, so you can't use these as luggage. If These are on their side or upside down, everything will fall out. I returned it.
