Card did arrive.. Damaged. Card was shipped just with a penny sleeve loose no toploader or cardboard. Was told it was damaged during shipping, but I disagree. Getting a refund was a pain because she tried telling me ebay said to ship it back to her any which way. Which could have resulted in me getting scammed if she didn't want to refund it. Ebays policy- The return must be processed on eBays platform. I would recommend NOT purchasing from seller. Refunded yes, but it was a headache. Thxs!!:(
